My Amazing Engagement Ring
I love my engagment ring so much. I catch myself checking it out all the time, especially in the sun because is sparkles like mad.
Andrew did have some help on what to get. He always said he wanted to take me shopping (he has a fear that I won't like what he picked). But I told him that wasn't the way I pictured things. I always pictured to be proposed to with the ring in hand.
His younger sister and I really bonded over the years, and are always going shopping together and stuff. Since I don't have my own sister, it's nice to borrow one; and soon she really will be my sister I suppose. On two occasions we went window shopping specifically for rings. I would try on rings and ask different questions. Once I picked ones I really liked, they would write down the details on their business card, and Rachel would give them to Andrew for safe keeping. I believe I had 3 picked out, but had no idea which one Andrew was going to pick. So when the time came it was a huge surprise.
